During our many projects, we have on occasion had to develop special tools to help us on our way.

One controls the process for a brand or communications review. The Prism Plan provides a logic path, all the way from understanding the world in which the business operates through to the delivery mechanisms required to meet the goals.

Another is the Decision Tree. This is particularly useful where businesses are confronted by several options. We have one to help approach the challenge of deciding whether a particular topic is an issue, a potential crisis – or just a possible news story. One of the most taxing tasks a business can face is (re)naming a product or service, or indeed, itself. Having led several of these projects, our decision-shaping tool saves time and delivers a winning result.

And we have also devised a short-form business plan to assist in the process of deciding upon – and exploiting – sponsorships. It is infinitely variable to deliver effective project planning.
