  theWord’s business model is simplicity itself. Think of us as a tap. Turn it on – and off – as and when you need, for as long as you need.

We won’t lock you in with contracts or lengthy retainers. Neither do we believe in large mark-ups on expenses.

Your needs are clean and simple – “give me great communications, and give them to me now”. Just call us in, tell us your needs – and we’ll tell you what we can do to help, and how we can work within your budget.

How can we do this? Again, simplicity. We operate out of virtual offices with no admin staff, no account managers, or many of the other overheads traditionally associated with communications consultancies. Just entrepreneurial communicators who understand clients and what they want – and then create whatever is necessary.

We think this approach is both strong and rare. But perhaps that’s because few have the skills, talents and experience that lie at the heart of theWord.
